Lodge Day Rates

Day rates include lodging, continental breakfast and transportation to and from the Hoonah airport, ferry terminal or Icy Strait Point.

Single Rooms

• $90 per person, single occupancy
• $75 per person, double occupancy

Double Room with Private Bath

• $110 per person, single occupancy
• $150, double occupancy

Private Lodge Rental - December thru March

• $350 per day

Private Lodge Rental - April thru November

• $450 per day (1 to 4 nights)
• $400 per day (5 to 10 nights)
• $2,500 per week (2 weeks or more)

Private Lodge Packages*

Port Frederick Lodge has three bedrooms, two baths (sleeps up to seven people) and may be rented in its entirety to ensure your private setting. The package rate includes:

• Lodge Accommodations
• Continental breakfast, picnic lunch, snacks, water, Alaskan style home cooked dinners
• Up to three boating excursions per day to accommodate varied interests (Private boat operated by a USCG licensed captain with 20 years Southeast Alaska local knowledge)
• Fully Guided Salt or Freshwater Fishing, Tackle, Bait and Gear
• Transportation to and from the Hoonah airport or ferry terminal.
• Guaranteed Humpback Whale and at least two other marine mammal sightings (for stays of three days or more only)
• Guaranteed at least one fish caught (yes, crab count) (for stays of three days or more only)

Private Lodge Package Rates

• $3,000 per day (up to four people)
• $750 per person/per day for each additional person

• 2008 Special: For package deals that book four days and four nights, the fourth day and fourth night are FREE! Package deal begins Monday afternoon when you arrive via scheduled air service from Juneau and ends Friday afternoon at 2pm checkout.

Lodge Package Rates*

Lodge Package rates include all lodging, meals, boating excursions, and transportation to and from the Hoonah airport.

• $750 per person per day (1 to 3 days)
• $500 per person per day (4 days or more)

*Lodge Package Rates DO NOT include: fishing licenses or salmon tags, round trip transportation between your location and Hoonah, fish processing and shipping expenses (we will arrange fish processing and shipping as needed), alcoholic beverages, sales taxes, personal items and gratuities.

• Security Deposits may be required for private lodge rental days/weeks.
• Reservations for lodge package days/trips require a $1,000 deposit per person at the time of reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations unless I can rebook your dates. All refunds will be charged a 10% processing fee.
• Rates do not include 5% sales tax or transportation to and from Hoonah, Alaska.
• Port Frederick Lodge and/or Tim Merriman will assume no additional costs.
